黑糖薑片 庇護工場可行嗎?

6年前因為看到許多身心障的朋友有就業上的困難，就開始思考怎樣能為他們量身訂做有穩定收入、又適合他們做的工作。前提是必須建立有足夠利潤的商業經營模式，以翻轉一般只能讓他們做清潔、或代工，沒有成就感、產品附加價值的生態。

嘗試了幾種產品，最後選定了黑糖薑片主打。實際操作過程包括，產品市場調查、試做試銷，生產流程設計、包裝設計、行銷模式測試、網路行銷實作，可以說就是微型創業。差別只是從一開始就是從身心障朋友的角度出發，目標就是讓身心障的朋友能自產自銷、共同合作，走出自己獨立照顧自己生活的一條路。在仗個過程當中也邀請身心障的朋友參與，例如與邀請特教學校學生建教合作，讓在學校的學習能真正派上用場。還有支付鐘點費聘請唐寶寶參與生產線工作。

一開始當然也嘗試由 台中市傷殘服務協會 申請政府的方案，想看看是否政府有比較多的資源。後來發現，除了經費的補助外，其實其他的都要靠自己。本來這也沒甚麼不對，政府只能挑簡單、可以考核的事做，困難的就要由民間機構代勞。這是多年後自己的心得。創業本來就是藝術，不能依照制度產生。或者說如果可以政府代勞，那也太一廂情願了。

困難當然很多，也很難找到相同理念的朋友幫忙，只好自己幹。這是我一向的毛病，求人不如求己。另一方面也是這個領域真的超出個人原來的想像，自己在摸索的過程中也不知道怎麼表達，可說是有苦說不出。當然多年下來也覺得這是自己必經的過程，如果不這樣，自己也失去成長的機會。耶穌說:施比受更有福，大概就是這個道理。覺得如果做出樣子來，萬一有人有興趣聽，自己也比較好解釋到底做了什麼，而不是空口說白話，講了一大堆結果沒有建設性。

目前黑糖薑片在露天網路商店銷售
也在本地小農市集的門市銷售。這幾年覺得市場反應不錯，回客率不高，還可以加強。
產品品質及生產流程已經穩定，可以進入下一階段--是否要商業量產? 我自己的考慮是..

需要比較正式的生產場地，以容納正式生產的設備
進用更多的 身心障的朋友
投入更多的資金或者申請庇護工場
增加副產品以擴大市佔率

有想過要集合身心障的朋友們組成合作社來經營這個產品。人選還沒出現。如果有人有興趣歡迎來信討論。這個合作社需要一個團隊，生產、行銷、資訊、社工，讓更多身心障朋友能為自己的將來努力。照顧自己也回饋社會。也可以從協助行銷開始，讓市場擴大，有能力照顧更多身心障的朋友。
